Help with DeckHand

For homeowners

DeckHand is the invitation-only portal your pool company uses to share service visits, pool information, messages, quotes, and invoices with you.

Sign-in or access trouble

  • Use the same email address your pool company invited.
  • Request a fresh link if a one-time sign-in link is incomplete or expired.
  • Ask your pool company to confirm that your app access is still active.

Questions about your pool or invoice

Contact the pool company shown inside your portal for service schedules, readings, equipment, quotes, invoices, payments, refunds, or disputes. That company provides the pool service and owns the customer payment relationship; DeckHand does not collect the pool-service payment inside the app.

Open the customer portal

For pool-company owners and teams

Sign in to your company account to open these tools. If you also have homeowner access, switch to your pool-company workspace first.

  • DeckHand help & feature requests — ask how DeckHand works, report a software issue, or follow a request and its reply.
  • Homeowner customers — find customer records, messages, and service details. Company owners can also add or import customers.
  • Subscription and billing — company owners can manage the DeckHand plan, payment details, and cancellation. This is separate from a homeowner's pool-service invoice.
  • Team access — company owners can manage invitations and team members. Employees and technicians should ask their company owner to update their access.

If setup is incomplete, sign-in returns you to company setup so you can finish it. If an invitation is missing or your company workspace is unavailable, ask the owner to confirm the email address and access they prepared for you.

Report an app problem

Email patcad@caltanventures.com. Include what you were trying to do, the screen where it happened, and whether you were in a homeowner or pool-company workspace. For a website problem, include your browser and device type; for an iPhone problem, include your iPhone, iOS, and DeckHand app version if available. Avoid customer names and private record details.

Never email a password, payment-card number, bank information, or a private sign-in link. Do not include customer exports, private photos, or access codes in a problem report.

Privacy and account access

You can remove one pool-company portal membership or request complete DeckHand login deletion from Account. A complete request signs you out immediately and is finished within 7 days after protected subscription, staff-access, and record-retention checks. Your pool company can also revoke access without deleting service records it is required to keep. Read the privacy policy or email patcad@caltanventures.com for a privacy request.
